By booking with BET Stays Ltd, you enter into a license-to-occupy agreement. These terms ensure a safe and professional environment for all guests.

1. Guest Verification & Age Requirements

• Minimum Age: The primary booker must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to verify this via official documentation.
• ID Verification: All guests are required to complete a secure third-party identity verification process prior to arrival. Failure to complete this may result in the cancellation of the booking.

2. Deposits & Rental Agreements

• Rental Agreement: Every booking is subject to a property-specific Rental Agreement. By confirming your stay, you agree to the specific rules, check-out procedures, and policies outlined in that document.
• Security Deposits: A refundable damage deposit is required for all stays. This is held to ensure the property is returned in its original condition.
• Additional Fees: Please refer to your specific Rental Agreement for details regarding additional fees, including but not limited to penalties for smoking, unauthorized parties, late check-outs, or damages.

3. Right of Occupation

Your stay is a short-term license to occupy for holiday or business purposes only. It does not create a tenancy, and we reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately in the event of a material breach of the Rental Agreement.

1. Collection of Information

• Personal Data: We collect names, contact details, and payment information necessary to process your reservation.
• Security Documents: Identification documents provided during our third-party verification process are handled via secure, encrypted channels.
• Property Security: Some properties may use external-facing CCTV or noise monitoring devices for the safety of our guests and the community.

2. Use & Sharing of Data

• Service Provision: Your data is used to manage your booking, provide access instructions, and communicate regarding your stay.
• Legal Obligations: We may share necessary information with local authorities or insurance providers if required by law or to protect our legal interests.
• Third-Party Partners: We only share data with essential partners (e.g., payment processors, ID verification services). We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Retention & Rights
