We are a contactless hotel, so there is no reception desk to meet you. After booking you will receive a secure link to complete three short steps. Door codes and arrival instructions are issued only after all three are done — this is for security and insurance purposes.

ID verification

A photo of the lead guest's passport or driving licence, plus a quick selfie check.
Rental agreement

Read and sign online. It takes about a minute and nothing needs printing.
Damage deposit or waiver

Choose a refundable deposit or a low-cost non-refundable waiver. Deposits are returned after checkout.

Please complete all three at least 24 hours before you arrive. Without them we cannot release your entry codes and you will not be able to access the property.
